Living Doors Relationships

Updated: Feb 8, 2020

Hey there Living Doors!

I want to talk about a subject that is super important. It is important for me as your manager and for you as my residents.

Relationship: the way in which two or more people or groups regard and behave toward each other.

I have a resident-manager relationship with all of you. I don't take this lightly. You all are trusting me with the place you call "home". A home should be comfortable, safe, and inviting.

A couple things that I cherish with relationships in my life are openness and someone's willingness to always be there. I have carried these two characteristics into being a manager.

You can count on me to always tell you the truth and figure out a solution to a problem that might be occurring. And, I am going to respond to you in a timely manner. More times then not, I will get back to you within the hour. In today's world that is full of technology, I believe there is no reason for me not to respond to you ASAP, at least with a message saying "I am busy, and will get back to you soon."

I have heard a lot of horror stories about landlords and how tenants think about those landlords. I don't want that to be your experience here at Living Doors Real Estate. I want you to have the opportunity to live your life without worrying about your home.

I want you to feel as if you have a great relationship with me as your manager. I want you to feel as if you can be open about anything that is going on with your home. Any problem, big or small, I want you to tell me about it right away. This way I can make sure that your home remains comfortable, safe, and inviting.

We all deserve a place to call HOME. A place that we can LIVE without worries. Together we can make this happen by maintaining a great resident-manager relationship.
