• Student ID - if you will need a cosigner
• Proof of Income
  
• Acceptable Proof of Income Documents
  Paystub, Tax Return, 1099, Financial Statements for self employment, Government issued documents with monthly payment amount, Lincoln Housing Authority assistance with monthly payment amount, Any other organizations documents with monthly payment amount

• All roommates and/or cosigners completed applications
